La Esquina Mexican Kitchen is a family-owned restaurant rooted in authentic Mexican heritage. Every dish is prepared with intention, tradition, and heart — a fusion of flavors from Michoacán and Oaxaca.
Chef Sarita brings the authentic southern flavors of Oaxaca, and owner Pedro Cardona Ayala represents the culinary traditions of Michoacán. Together, with over 20 years in the Folsom restaurant industry, they are honored to share their dream with this community.
